CNC TURNING CENTER
Turn/Mill Machines combines a lathe’s chucks and spindles with the travels and milling power of a machining center. Turn/Mill Machines are capable of both rotating-workpiece operations (turning) and rotating-tool operations – namely milling and drilling.
Designed for unattended machining. Performing both standard universal turning & complete machining of complex work-pieces in one operation, combining live tools, C-axis, Y-axis, and sub-spindle. They are not necessarily limited to round parts. Various non-round parts can be machined.

These machines are used to machine complex parts and molds and can machine five sides of a cube with the end of the cutter and six sides with the side of the cutter.

These machines are used to machine complex parts and molds. They can machine five sides of a cube with the end of the cutter and six sides with the side of the cutter. Very similar to the four axis machine except the spindle rotates from horizontal to vertical. Besides complex geometry, it can often machine a part in one setup on a five axis machine that would require two or more setups in a simpler machine. This results in a more accurate part.

CNC MACHINING CENTER – HORIZONTAL
A horizontal machining center (HMC) is a machining center with its spindle in a horizontal orientation which encourages chips to fall away, so they don’t have to be cleared from the table. This machining center design favors uninterrupted production work. More significantly, the horizontal design allows a two-pallet workchanger to be incorporated into a space-efficient machine.

Mori Seiki NH 4000 DCG – It employs the DCG (Driven at the Center of Gravity) technology for vibration control and the Box-in-Box construction for excellent balance, and can achieve backlash-free rotary drive by using the optional direct drive motor. It is a high-performance machine incorporating all the features demanded of a horizontal machining center, including high speed, high precision, chip disposal and ease of maintenance.
