Larry Roseman founded Mister Inc. in 1967. Prior to founding Mister Inc, Larry had a very successful sales career with Xerox Corporation. Before joining Xerox Corporation, Larry graduated from the University of Illinois. He was raised in New York City.

He and his late partner acquired a screw machine firm. Over the decades, Larry has successfully led the firm into CNC manufacturing while building a large network of secondary service providers and clients nationally and internationally. He has successfully adapted and adopted new technologies, strategies, and tactics to meet his clients’ changing needs and marketplace dynamics.

Larry is an avid sports fan, a collector of coins and sports memorabilia and is well-read in politics and history. Larry is married and has two children and two grandchildren.

Before joining Mister Inc. in 2003, Loren had a successful career in management of information technology and project management working for Fortune 500 companies. Loren attended Beloit College, DePaul University and Keller Graduate School of Management and holds degrees in technology and management.

He was able to direct Mister Inc into the 21st century by modernizing the technology infrastructure, supply-chain management, warehousing, and distribution. Loren was raised in the suburbs of Chicago.

Carlos has been with Mister Inc for over 13 years and has over 20 years of experience in CNC programing and set-up, customer service, and ISO compliance. In addition, he is very experienced and certified in multiple major CAD/CAM software packages, CNC automation, CMM set-up and usage, with a strong technology background including web development, pc-server architecture, and networking.

He graduated from Truman College with an Associates in Applied Science. Carlos is bilingual with fluency in English and Spanish.
